Your Mission

  • You are responsible for preparing payroll accounting for all European locations
  • You calculate business trips and expenses and carry out their accounting
  • You manage the monthly statements for our petty cash and canteen cash
  • You work as part of a team to support the entire employee lifecycle, from entry to departure
  • You will be responsible for and coordinate training and handle all correspondence
  • You will support projects, compile statistics, and correspond with various departments

 

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualifications in human resources
  • In-depth knowledge of income tax and social security law
  • Experience with cross-border payroll accounting desirable
  • Structured, independent, and team-oriented approach to work
  • Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with payroll systems (e.g., Sage, DATEV, SAP, or similar)
