Your Mission
- You are responsible for preparing payroll accounting for all European locations
- You calculate business trips and expenses and carry out their accounting
- You manage the monthly statements for our petty cash and canteen cash
- You work as part of a team to support the entire employee lifecycle, from entry to departure
- You will be responsible for and coordinate training and handle all correspondence
- You will support projects, compile statistics, and correspond with various departments
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualifications in human resources
- In-depth knowledge of income tax and social security law
- Experience with cross-border payroll accounting desirable
- Structured, independent, and team-oriented approach to work
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with payroll systems (e.g., Sage, DATEV, SAP, or similar)
