Optical test

To test the circuit board, we use the OptiCon AdvancedLine in-line AOI system with a telecentric lens and 4-color lighting. This allows for maximum error detection. The area inspection performance is 60cm2/s. An oblique camera ensures that raised IC pins do not go undetected.

In addition, X-ray testing (X-Ray) is used. SMT and THT solder joints are checked for other possible errors.

In addition to the mechanical inspection of the assembled circuit boards, our employees carry out a visual inspection. Particular attention is paid to the soldering points and the alignment of the individual components. Possible re-soldering is carried out using the most modern soldering equipment including nitrogen support and PC-guided work instructions.

Electrical testing

The electrical function of the produced assemblies can be ensured using various test methods. We use in-circuit test systems, flying probe, boundary scan as well as automatic and manual functional test systems. Our aim is a zero-error strategy, so that only functional assemblies leave our company.

Mechanical machining

In order to protect the fully assembled and tested circuit board from possible environmental influences and, if necessary, mechanical stress, it can then be painted over the entire surface. For this we use our fully automatic painting system DIMA HC 200 with paint quantity monitoring. The painting system also has two tank systems for different paints. An infrared heater is used to gently dry the circuit board.
