Your Mission

  • Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities
  • Proactively respond to customer inquiries and complaints to quickly resolve issues
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities
  • Conduct sales discussions, product presentations, prepare offers, and negotiate contracts
  • Analyze market and competitor data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Create sales reports and assist with forecasts and budget planning
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales promotion measures
  • Support the Senior Sales Team with key accounts and complex projects
  • Participate in internal meetings and training to further develop your skills

 

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
  • Initial professional experience in sales or account management, ideally in the IT or telecommunications sector
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation talent
  • High customer orientation and a confident demeanor
  • Independent, proactive, and goal-oriented work style
  • Team player and flexible
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
  • Proficient in MS Office, ideally with experience in CRM systems such as Salesforce
